This website is provided as a static site through Cloudflare Pages and delivered through Cloudflare's content-delivery network. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, including IP address, traffic data, requested content, and browser and device information.
Processing is necessary for the secure and reliable delivery of this website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not store our own server logs. Cloudflare is a US company with global operations; its retention periods and safeguards for international transfers are described in Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
3. Cookies, analytics, and local storage
This website does not use analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies, and does not use third-party analytics tools. It has no user accounts, contact forms, or local storage for recognition or marketing purposes.
4. Contact
When you contact us by email, we process the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; where your enquiry relates to a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR additionally or primarily applies. Providing the information is voluntary, but necessary for us to reply. It will be deleted when it is no longer needed to handle your enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. Customer relationships and data products
This website does not currently process orders, payments, user accounts, or customer portals. If Fund-Bench enters into a customer relationship or processes customer data in the future, the applicable information, retention periods, and, where appropriate, a data-processing agreement will be provided before that processing begins.

You have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and, where the legal requirements are met, objection to processing (Article 21 GDPR).
